Technical questions and integration
Which cameras and recorders work?
IP cameras with an RTSP or ONVIF stream and the recorders already on site. We suggest a new camera only where none of the existing ones sees the right spot. We check angles and object size in the frame before the start.
What about false alarms?
Every event arrives as a card with a frame, and your specialist decides in one click whether it is a violation. A rejected card does not enter the log as confirmed. Obvious noise is filtered out before a card reaches a person. A new rule first runs in shadow mode: cards arrive without consequences while we measure accuracy on your footage.
Which HACCP and workplace safety violations does the system see?
Hygiene: passing without hand disinfection, incomplete workwear, crates on the floor, an unattended knife, foreign items on the shop floor. Workplace safety: a person in a danger zone, work without the protective equipment on your list, riding a pallet truck, passing where it is forbidden. Each rule is switched on separately. How do alerts arrive, and can you connect our accounting system?
Cards with a frame arrive in the web panel, together with the decision log and reports. Reconciliation with your accounting system or WMS is connected per task, after a site review.
Does the system work without internet?
Yes, in the on-site option: the server stands at your site and video never leaves it. If there is no server on site, analysis can run in your cloud or in our secure cloud. We calculate which is cheaper after the review.
